IMPORTANT To prepare for Microsoft's deprecation of the Exchange Web Services (EWS) API on October 1, 2026, Spanning Backup for Exchange has been migrated to the Microsoft Graph Application Programming Interface (API).
To ensure uninterrupted backups, you must reauthorize your Microsoft 365 accounts with these steps.
We recommend doing this as soon as possible, as Microsoft may roll out changes ahead of the deadline that could affect your organization earlier than expected.
